The mission of the W.M. Keck Nanostructures Laboratory is to provide
access to material characterization equipment in the area of atomic
force microscopy (AFM), small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), variable
angle spectrocopic elliposmetry (VASE) and optical microscopy.
