This powerful system uses refractive index (Wyatt
Optilab rEX RI) detector as a concentration detector. The Wyatt DAWN
EOS detector uses 18-angle light scattering to determine absolute
molecular weight. Additionally the Wyatt Viscostar allows us to measure
intrinsic viscosity [η] of the polymer as it elutes, providing further
molecular weight characterization via universal calibration, and/or
polymer branching information.
The system may also be used in batch mode for dn/dc and batch Mw measurement.
